I've tried unsuccessfully making DIY fruit fly traps. This stuff is quite effective! My refrigerator burst and leaked slightly underneath, which gave these nastily shaped creatures a place to breed. They must have discovered alternative locations, as they continued to arrive in large numbers. I eventually discovered these after trying a variety of cures. I bought one, and within a few days it was really swarming with insects, so I went back and got another. That was full in a few days as well. I now have three or four strategically placed, and it has made a huge difference. In a little over a week, I went from having literally hundreds of these fruit flies to hardly none at all. I was actually unable to dine in the living room, let alone enjoy a meal, because I had so many. I was executing 15 to 20 of these in one night. Spraying them with alcohol was suggested, but it had little effect. The cider vinegar had no effect. I can't suggest this enough, as it was the only item that proved effective. The small bottle you receive for $5 may seem pricy, but the peace of mind you receive is definitely worth it.

I have rescued four lizards from the pieces I placed in my pots, so I'm not sure why some people claimed the adhesive didn't work. They must wait for me to notice them since, in my opinion, they go after the abundance of juicy bugs they can see trapped on them. However, it has not gone well. To cut them free, I had to slide two putty knives beneath their legs, tails, or bellies. It's nerve-wracking for us both! Haha I truly enjoy that I may cut the desired size to match the dimensions of the space. To make them smaller, I did begin by drilling a hole in the top, threading twisty ties through them, and securing them to the sticks I used at each place. They haven't drawn any hitchhikers since I did that. :-) I still have a lot of the product left, so it was definitely worth the money.

These linens function. Since I've had one setup for almost two weeks, I haven't seen any live flies in a few days. The plant I purchased from the grocery shop turned out to be contaminated, and the infestation spread to the other plants I owned. It was awful. My plants are diminished when I don't water them, however as soon as you water your infants once more, the eggs in the soil hatch. Only the plants on the kitchen table were contaminated; I have additional plants in my apartment. As you can see, I was able to get away with using just one sticky paper in the center of the plant. Maybe since I only had one piece of adhesive paper up, it took a little longer, but I'm happy with the outcome and love that I don't have to use these vivid yellow sheets in every plant I have. Aside from using the yellow adhesive paper, the only other thing I did was use a paper towel to kill any flies that I noticed on the glass behind the plants. I think I took ten or fifteen flies total. As I like to call them, the stragglers. I also skipped waterings for five to seven days. I'm incredibly
