I also relished the instantaneous opening of the oven upon untying. 2) The portable reader and internal thermometer required AAA batteries, which were included. 3) The included accessories, which include a storage bag, a net to keep goods elevated, a timer plug, two yoga bricks to prop items off the floor, and a thermometer, are excellent and essential. 4) The mental tranquility this oven has literally given me.
